- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. macaroni
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 pkg. smoked sausage
- Cook macaroni, drain, put in crock pot.
- Add cheese, reserving one cup, and add butter
- Mix well.
- Beat eggs. Add milk, salt and pepper.
- Add to macaroni and mix well.
- Add in cut up sausage. Mix well.
- Spread remaining 1 cup cheese on top.
- Cook on low 3 hours.
