Math, Grammar and Phonics (depending on the kid), and reading all got done this week, every day. Some days that was all that got done.
Jada, throwing the dice. She then put them together, telling me the number and which was in the tens and ones place.
Rachel had to add the two numbers.
Science - Caleb learned about the reproductive system. The rest of us didn't do anything.
Reading - Caleb finished Om-Kas-Toe. Joe read Sarah Whitcher's Story
History - The boys made a map of Lewis and Clark's Expedition. We tried all week to watch the National Geographic documentary, but Netflix and I have been having trouble (because it's not rated, parental controls block it. Changing parental controls takes a day. Then I guess I didn't do something right, because all the R rated stuff shows up ... but still no educational shows. It's very irritating that you have to allow everything, no blocks at all, to watch educational shows. Rant over) but we finally got to see it today. We learned about the war of 1812 and about pushing back the Spanish colonies. Today we started Imprisoned in the Golden City: Adoniram and Ann Judson
Joe and Caleb working together to make their map.
Read Aloud - We continued reading Calico Bush, which we should finish this weekend.
Josiah completed 2 steps in AAS and did WWE two days this week. Rachel completed one step in AAS and also did WWE this week twice.
Jada and Sarah stacking blocks, then knocking them down ... over and over again.
Sarah was naughty and had to put her nose in the corner. I thought she looked very cute!
And, last but not least, a cute picture of the little guy.
Hey, I was able to get on your blog today!!! YAY Hopefully it keeps working!!
